Historic Sorry

On 13th February
PM Kevin Rudd says "Sorry"
To the Australian Aborigines
For the crime against their ancestry
By taking their children away
To be trained in the Western way.

All Aussies cheer the apology
With satisfaction and understanding
For the crime committed cruelly
To the first citizens of the country
It's indeed a crime against humanity
All colonialists should utter apology.

I say "Sadu", thrice to thee
O PM Rudd and progressive Aussies
You have shed imperialist policy
For the good of your country
But, it's also good for humanity
It would shine in world's history
It's really a great glory!
Congratulations to thee.
